1. Britain- Iran has a bad relationship with Britain. Britain wants Iran to stop its nuclear program. Britain has also imposed sanctions on Iran.
2. China- Strong Allies with China. Iran supplies a lot of their oil, and China supplies Iran with technology.
3. Egypt- For the past three decades, the diplomatic relations between Iran and Egypt have been severed. Now the two countries have started talking, but they are still not allies.
4. France- Iran has a bad relationship with France, because of disagreements about Iran’s nuclear program.
5. Germany- Iran has better relations with Germany than it has with other western countries, but Germany is concerned about Iran’s nuclear program. Germany doesn’t like that Iran’s leader is a Holocaust denier.
6. Iran- N/A
7. Israel- Iran hates Israel, and cut diplomatic relations with Israel.
8. Pakistan- Iran used to be good allies with Pakistan during the cold war, but after the Islamic Revolutions their relationship is tense.
9. Russia- Russia and Iran have some points of disagreement, but in the end they have a friendly relationship.
10. Saudi Arabia- Were good friends, but after Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khomeini criticized the legitimacy of Saudi Arabia. Now our relationship is neutral, not allies or enemies.
11. Syria- Iran is great allies with Syria. Syria supported Iran during the Iran-Iraq War.
12. Turkey- Iran has a neutral relationship with Turkey. Turkey is also helping Iran with their problems over nuclear weapons.
13. United States- Iran and the United States have a hostile relationship. The US has imposed sanctions on Iran, and wants them to stop their nuclear program.
